01 / PROJECT BRIEF
The problem and context.
NCI CRM was designed as an internal workspace where teams could review and update day-to-day CRM information without losing clarity as access needs changed between roles. The interface had to support structured records and frequent form work while staying practical for people who spend most of their day inside the system.
The focus was not to add visual complexity, but to make permissions, form states and API-connected actions easy to understand. Each screen was treated as part of one operational flow, so the experience could remain consistent as users moved between records and tasks.
02 / MY CONTRIBUTION
What I owned.
Built the Angular and Tailwind CSS interface.
Implemented role-based access patterns for the UI.
Created responsive forms for everyday data entry.
Connected interface states and form actions to project APIs.
03 / WORKFLOW
How the system moves.
01
Identify the user role
The interface presents access and actions according to the user role so people can focus on the work relevant to them.
02
Review and update records
Responsive form patterns keep record entry and edits clear across the workspace.
03
Sync the action with APIs
Frontend states are connected to project APIs so submitted information moves into the wider CRM flow.
04 / DELIVERED
Concrete outputs.
Role-aware CRM interface
Responsive form system
API-integrated frontend workflow
