01 / PROJECT BRIEF
The problem and context.
NFI x Classwin involved working inside an established website rather than starting from an empty project. The task combined issue resolution with new feature work, which meant improvements had to fit the existing product and its active constraints.
The approach was practical and incremental: understand the existing behavior, resolve the issues affecting users, then introduce additions that make the experience more useful without disrupting the parts already in use.
