01 / PROJECT BRIEF
The problem and context.
TradingView can generate signals at the chart level, but those signals are only useful when they reach the recipient in a timely and readable form. This project creates a narrow automation bridge for BTCUSDT alerts without introducing a separate dashboard or persistent application state.
The implementation deliberately separates notification from execution. It receives and normalizes alert payloads, then sends structured messages through LINE; it does not place trades or make trading decisions.
