01 / PROJECT BRIEF
The problem and context.
KMITL XChange is an academic team project exploring a student-focused marketplace for second-hand items. The product needs both a clear mobile experience for listing and discovery and an operational way to review submissions and keep the marketplace usable.
The concept is intentionally multi-surface: a Flutter mobile application, Laravel backend, Angular admin experience, Python recommendation work and GCP deployment come together as one connected prototype rather than isolated technical exercises.
